Directions

In a recent clinical trial of women who took Relora three times per day for two weeks, 90% reported that the herbal blend made them feel less anxious, 87% enjoyed more restful sleep and 81% found their symptoms of stress related eating improved. The mechanism of action appears to be through reduction of cortisol levels and possibly perceived stress, thereby helping maintain body weight.
