You can “do” a TRIMSHOT by mixing a sachet with juice, soy-milk, lowfat or non-fat milk, water or just sprinkle it on a touch of low fat yogurt (I like French Vanilla the best!)
TRIMSHOT is absolutely ideal as a very low cal Fail Safe Snack, but more than that, it is an anti-oxidant health boost.
During the initial 3 weeks of the program, it is a good idea to do two TRIMSHOTS per day.
I do mid-morning and mid-afternoon. If I'm busy and don't have time to have one of my 4S lunches* then I'll do a double-shot - that is two shots of TRIMSHOT - in some juice, or sprinkled on my favourite low fat vanilla yoghurt. That in reality is a really good low-cal meal and it fills you up!
